At Mana Crisis Club, we want you to love your gear as much as we loved making it. If something's gone wrong, we've got your back. No dungeon master trickery here.

We offer refunds for:

•  Items sent incorrectly
•  Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

To start a refund, simply reach out to us at support@manacrisisclub.com with your order number and a quick description of what happened. We'll take it from there.
